After an unfortunate tire mishap, Roberto went above and beyond, ensuring we were taken care of. His attentiveness not only helped us communicate when things got confusing, but he also took us to pick up a rental car - truly a testament to the hotel's supportive atmosphere. As far as culinary experiences, the restaurant Lupo di Mare captivated my palate with an impressive array of seafood. I savoured the grilled prawns and clams, showcasing the region's coastal bounty, which was beautifully complemented by sweeping views from the Verande. The menu did not shy away from Maremma's famed grilled meats either; I enjoyed a hearty plate of wild boar with homemade gnocchi that delighted in flavor. After such a memorable experience, I found the hotel's culinary innovation compelling enough to compel any discerning food enthusiast to visit.
